You're in Control

You're in Control is a simple checklist for the moments you leave home, your car or your workplace and wonder "Did I turn off the stove? Did I lock the door?" You tick off each thing as you check it, and the app shows when you ticked it, so you can look back later instead of worrying.

What you can do • Ready-made categories: Home, Car, Pet and Workplace, with items such as iron, stove, faucets, outlets, door lock, handbrake, headlights, food and water, and computer. • Your own category: give it any name, like Baby, Holiday or Gym, and choose its items yourself. • Add and remove items: pick from suggested items or write your own. Items you write are offered again as suggestions in other categories. A removed item can be added back from the Add button. • Check time: each item shows when you checked it. • Completion: when every item in a category is ticked, an "All checks complete" badge and the time of the last full check appear. • Reset every day: if you like, ticks are cleared on a new day so you check again from scratch. You can also reset by hand with the Reset button. • Remind me when I leave: if you start a check and leave the app before finishing, you get a notification within a few minutes. • Daily reminder: at a time you choose, you get a notification if anything is still unchecked. • Theme and language: light, dark, or system theme that follows your phone; English and Turkish. • Sound effects: sounds for taps, deleting and completing. You can turn them off in Settings.

Privacy • No account needed. • Your checklists, ticks and settings are stored only on your phone. • The app is free and shows a Google AdMob banner ad at the bottom of the screen.
