Breakly is an iPhone screen time app that interrupts doomscrolling with mini and long breaks, plus an optional Strict Mode that keeps the break in place. Mini breaks snap you out before one more swipe wins. Long breaks let the urge fade when you are stuck deep in a scroll. The same rhythm works day or night. Strict Mode is optional and holds the break if you want a firmer guardrail. It is free to start, with optional in-app purchases.
