CiJi is a quiet place to collect English words and practice them in Chinese.

Add a word or a short phrase. CiJi looks up the dictionary form, phonetic spelling, and Chinese meaning, then lets you hear it in American or British English. Words already in your library are reused, so you do not look them up twice.

Organize words into groups, import many words at once, and edit the spelling or the Chinese meaning whenever you need to. Practice by reading the English and writing the Chinese. CiJi checks the full meaning, keeps a count of misses, and shows a short review at the end of each round.

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on your iPhone and Mac, and your words, groups, and practice records stay together. There is no separate account to create.

CiJi is for anyone building an English vocabulary with Chinese meanings: students, readers, and anyone collecting words from daily life.
