DailyTrack is made for everyone who works on several projects in parallel – consultants, freelancers, project staff. Instead of reconstructing your month from memory at the end, you log your times in seconds while you still remember them.

LOG QUICKLY • Tap a project, set the duration with quick picks (0:30 to 8:00 h) or the slider, save. • No start/stop timer that keeps running when you forget it – you set the duration deliberately afterwards. • Reuse activities from your earlier entries with one tap, or type new ones.

FORGET NOTHING • Open days: DailyTrack shows you on which workdays nothing has been logged yet for which project. Add the time with one tap or confirm “didn't work” – even for a whole day at once. • Daily reminder at the time you choose, only on your workdays, plus a reminder at the end of the month.

MONTH-END WITHOUT THE SEARCH • Monthly overview with the total per project. • Approve your times and send them as a PDF report through your mail app to your client, the project office or yourself. • Export all data as CSV at any time, for example to import it into other systems.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU • End-to-end encrypted: projects, clients, activities and times are encrypted on your iPhone before they reach your account. Only your devices can read them – not even we as the provider can. • Logging also works offline; data syncs as soon as you are connected again. • Especially confidential projects can be kept on this iPhone only and are never transferred, not even encrypted. • No ads, no tracking.

A free DailyTrack account is required. You can delete it completely in the app at any time.
