Field Demon is a weekly fitness challenge community. Every week there's a new challenge, a written standard and a coach's demo video. Do the work, film your attempt, post your score, and see where you stack up.

WEEKLY CHALLENGES • A new challenge every week: max reps, heaviest lift, fastest time and more • Watch the coach's demo and read the standard before you go • Film your attempt or pick a video from your phone, add your score and post it • Didn't hit the standard? Take it down and go again. The community keeps each other honest

LEADERBOARDS • Every challenge ranks entries automatically, best attempt per person • Filter by men, women or overall, and by age group: 15–19, 20–29, 30–39 and 40+ • Season standings: earn points each week and chase the season title • All-time standings for the long haul

THE COMMUNITY • Watch everyone's attempts in a fast, full-screen feed • React and comment on entries • Chat in community channels with threaded replies, photos, videos and GIFs • Direct messages with other members

YOUR PR LOG • Log your squat, deadlift, mile time, vertical jump and more • Every new record is tracked and charted so you can watch it climb • Share a PR with the community when you set one

SAFE BY DESIGN • Zero tolerance for harassment and abuse • Report any post or message, and block anyone • Reported content is reviewed, normally within 24 hours • Delete your account and everything in it at any time from your profile

Field Demon is for ages 15 and up.
