CrewOS is the operating system for contractor businesses. One app runs the whole job lifecycle for your company, from the first lead to the final invoice, and the same app serves both the office and the crews in the field. FOR CREWS IN THE FIELD • Today view: every stop for the day with one-tap directions and a call button • Job detail: what to do, what to bring, job notes, and the services to complete • Mark services complete and record quantities right from the truck • Snap photos and receipts; uploads queue offline and send when signal returns • Week schedule with past jobs and upcoming work • Earnings: an estimate of what this period pays before payroll runs, plus bonus tracking • Time off requests and availability FOR THE OFFICE • Projects board: leads, quotes, scheduled work and completed jobs by stage • Schedule: crew board, calendar, crew availability, and jobs that still need a date • Customer records with project history, contact log, texts and notes • Quotes, deposits, invoices and payments in one place • Payroll queue, crew pay, and job profitability • Works on iPhone and iPad, with the full admin app available to anyone with office permissions BUILT FOR ANY TRADE Roofing, concrete, HVAC, plumbing, fencing, painting and more. Services, units, pricing and terminology are configured per company, so the app speaks your trade's language. OFFLINE FIRST The app shell, your schedule and job details are cached on the device. A refresh in a dead zone never loses your place, and photos taken without service upload automatically later. GETTING STARTED CrewOS is used with a company workspace. On first launch, enter your company's workspace name, then sign in with the account your office created for you. Ask your CrewOS administrator if you do not have one yet.
