Em resumo
HomeschoolBook: Hours & PDF is a personal record-keeper for homeschooling families. It logs hours, attendance, curriculum, work samples and field trips per child, then compiles a school year into a PDF with a parent signature line. Its standout feature is that every page is marked as a personal record, not a state submission, and the app does not handle state requirements.

Homeschooling and want a clean way to keep your own records? HomeschoolBook tracks hours, attendance, curriculum, and work samples per child, then rolls a whole school year into a parent-formatted PDF you can print, file, or share.
This is a personal record-keeper. It does not interpret state homeschool laws, does not store state hour minimums, and does not generate state-compliant submissions. You are responsible for understanding and meeting your state's requirements.
TRACK - Quick-add chips for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes per subject - One-handed daily logging: tap a subject card, tap a chip, save - Defaults to your last-used child and subject for fast repeat entries - Custom minutes when you need them, plus optional notes per entry - Month calendar per child, logged days marked, per-day totals underneath
ORGANIZE - Multi-child profiles with grade level, school-year dates and colour - Subjects per child with a curriculum field (Saxon Math 5/4, Sonlight, library books, whatever you actually use) - Work sample photo portfolio per subject - Field trip log with date, location, hours, photo and the subjects it covered - Resources library for saved links, YouTube and Vimeo videos, videos from your phone and PDFs, filtered by the categories you name - Library book tracker with due dates, overdue flags and due-day reminders - Weekly and monthly hour charts per subject
ARCHIVE - Generate an annual records PDF that pulls a school year into one document: header, attendance summary, hours per subject, curriculum list, field trips, work sample thumbnails and a parent signature line - Every page carries a disclaimer: this is your personal record, not a state submission - Export a per-child CSV for spreadsheets or for moving your data elsewhere
DESIGN - Calm, classroom-warm look in forest green, cream and terracotta - iPhone-first, with a full iPad layout - Works offline; your records stay on your device
