Hummingbird Season

Bring hummingbird season to your Home Screen with an illustrated garden, regional guides and a private record of the birds you see.

Hummingbird Season combines seasonal context, practical feeder care and a personal sighting journal in one offline companion.

FOLLOW YOUR REGION'S SEASON Choose a region and explore typical seasonal months where source-backed guidance is available. Some guides describe year-round resident species. These are broad seasonal patterns, not live sightings or exact arrival forecasts.

A LITTLE GARDEN ON YOUR SCREEN Add illustrated Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your selected region. Where a seasonal calendar is available, see typical months and the next seasonal period at a glance.

CARE FOR EVERY FEEDER Name your feeders and record when you cleaned or refilled each one. Set an optional daily check reminder for each feeder at a time you choose. Store a feeder away to pause its reminder while keeping its records. Read nectar preparation and cleaning guidance with reference sources.

REMEMBER YOUR SIGHTINGS Save a date and an optional note for every visit. Keep several sightings on the same day, browse past years, and edit or delete your entries whenever you like.

EXPLORE THE AMERICAS OFFLINE Search countries and areas on the map and find the local guides available. Coverage varies by region, species and month. Country overviews provide geographic context without a seasonal calendar. The map shows geography and guide coverage, not birds' live locations.

PRIVATE AND SIMPLE Your preferences, feeder records and sightings stay on your device. No account or location access is needed. Available in English and Spanish.

Core features work offline after installation. Scientific reference links open external websites and need an internet connection. There is no cloud sync or journal export; device backups depend on your iOS settings.
