Jobsay writes your service report while you pack up your tools.

Take photos, say what you did and let the customer sign on the screen. Jobsay turns your words into a clear, professional service report PDF with your company details, photos, measured values and both signatures, and sends it to your customer. A typical job takes about two minutes instead of a quarter of an hour of typing.

HOW IT WORKS • Photos: before and after, the nameplate, the replaced part, straight into the job. • Dictation: talk like you would to a colleague. Jobsay sorts it into findings, work performed, materials and recommendations. • Check: values worth a second look are highlighted and missing facts are pointed out. • Signature: the customer signs with a finger. "Customer not present" works too. • Send: the PDF goes out by e-mail or any app. No signal? It waits and sends itself.

PRIVACY FIRST Customers, reports and photos are stored on your iPhone. Dictation is transcribed on the device and recordings never leave it. When the iPhone cannot write the report itself, Jobsay asks before it uses the cloud AI.

Premium (monthly or yearly subscription with a 14-day free trial): unlimited reports, your logo instead of the Jobsay footer, service planning and reminders, invoices and quotes, QR labels and data export. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
