Marea is a menstrual cycle app for two. One person tracks their cycle and understands what their body is going through. Their partner, whoever they are, learns to support them with something more useful than guessing.

Full Marea free for 7 days. No card and no automatic subscription when it ends: if you don't choose a plan, you simply stay on Marea Free.

IF YOU TRACK YOUR CYCLE Log your day in seconds and see which phase you're in, what's coming, and what to expect from your body this week. Marea works with five phases, not two, because the early and late luteal phases feel different. • Calendar, history, and cycle forecast • Alerts when something looks out of the ordinary, with a script to take to your appointment • Lessons on health, intimacy, and perimenopause • Mood and anxiety screening, with crisis resources close at hand • AI chat that knows your phase and today's log, only if you agree to it

IF YOU'RE THE SUPPORTING PARTNER You join with a six-character code your partner shares with you. You see the phase already interpreted and one concrete action for today: what helps, what doesn't, and what's coming. You never see exact dates, notes, or raw logs. Before you connect, a short welcome explains the cycle and why this information is never to be used as an argument.

ON YOUR IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH • Apple Health: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and temperature, to read how you're doing in each phase (only if you turn it on) • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with your phase and cycle day • Apple Watch app and watch face complications • Face ID lock • PDF report to take to your appointment

YOUR PARTNER SEES WHAT YOU DECIDE Six separate permissions: phase, mood, symptoms, sex drive, journal, and intimacy. Turn them on and off whenever you want, and when you turn one off it disappears right away. You can end the connection anytime, with no notifications and no explanations.

PRIVACY, FOR REAL No ads. No third-party tracking tools. We don't sell your data. You can download everything we store and delete your account from Settings, immediately and with no grace period.

FOR ANY COUPLE Marea doesn't assume anyone's gender or what kind of couple you are. It works the same for everyone, however each person identifies.

PLANS Medical and educational content is always free. Marea+ removes the limits on chat and on Cielo, the optional astrology module. Marea Duo adds compatibility and couple readings for both of you with a single plan. Subscriptions are charged to your App Store account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel them in your Apple Account settings.

Marea does not diagnose or replace medical care, and it is not a form of birth control. Intimacy and Compatibility are for ages 18+ only.
