Medication Reminder Plus is a straightforward, offline reminder and intake log for your medications and supplements.

Add each medication once, and the app builds your daily timeline, sends the reminders and keeps the record of what you actually took.

SET IT UP IN A MINUTE • Add a profile: name, dosage, form (tablet, capsule, liquid or other). • Choose a schedule: daily, twice daily, alternate days or specific weekdays. • Add up to five reminder times per medication. • Turn alerts on or off for each medication separately.

TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED • Today's timeline shows every scheduled intake as scheduled, taken, skipped or missed. • Anything you do not confirm within an hour turns to missed — and you can fill it in later. • The monthly calendar marks days where everything was taken and days with a missed dose. • Daily compliance telemetry gives counters, a progress bar and a seven-day strip on the dashboard.
