Mixstead Feed Batch

Mixstead is a focused two-ingredient batch worksheet for people who already have feed analyses and a target crude protein percentage. Enter two feed names and protein values on the same basis, choose a target between them, and set a finished batch weight. Mixstead uses Pearson-square arithmetic to show each ingredient's percentage and weight, with the weighted protein check in view.

Add your own ingredient price per pound or kilogram to see estimated ingredient cost. Keep named mixes on this device, reopen and edit them, and generate a one-page PDF batch ticket with feed amounts, target, math check, and a field note. Switch between pounds and kilograms while preserving physical batch weight and total ingredient cost.

Mixstead is an arithmetic worksheet, not a complete ration formulation tool. It does not provide species-specific targets, dry-matter conversion, energy or mineral balance, feeding advice, or certified nutrition analysis. Check your supplier values, unit basis, complete nutrient needs, and suitability with a qualified adviser before feeding.

No account, subscription, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-operated backend. Your records stay on the device unless you choose to share a ticket.
