Our lives have gotten to a point where we feel a lot of things are going on at the same time. We have 15 things to be done today and 15 more things to be done tomorrow. While we have a rough idea about what needs to be done when, a lot of things get missed because of the chaos we live in. One helps you organise your day and your days ahead. Because as my mother says, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". With One, you never fail again.

1) Today. The app always opens with your tasks for Today in a focused list. No useless dashboards will be prioritised before your important tasks of the day.

2) Tomorrow planned as well. All the tasks you plan for tomorrow will automatically be assigned to Today when the next day rolls in. And same happens for tasks that you plan for later. The today list is automatically filled with your tasks for today and is well organised to suit your busy schedule at one glance.

3) Deal mode. Enter a mode which enables you to focus on your tasks "One" at a time. A parallel live activity will start in your lock screen outside the app to help you focus on the same.

4) Habits We know your daily and weekly habits are important to you. We notify when it's time and also schedule recurring events.

5) Synced across all devices When you make a change in your Mac, your iPhone automatically gets the update. When you finish a task on your phone, your laptop knows it. You do not have to be device limited for your day to be well planned!

6) AI Access When in Mac, you can optionally connect to Claude to analyse your tasks and plan your day. All data stays local to your Mac and Claude Code interface.

7) Privacy first. No servers. All your data is locally stored between your iPhone, Mac and iPad. We do not have any servers and can never see your data at any time!
