After the trial, you can still view existing data; adding, editing and household sync require Lifetime Unlock. There is no automatic charge. Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase at the price displayed in the app and supports Apple Family Sharing. Joining a shared iCloud list does not grant purchase access.
