3D Earth Wallpaper turns your Mac's desktop into a live window on our planet.

A realistic, physically lit 3D Earth sits behind your desktop icons and windows, showing the world as it is right now: today's cloud cover from weather satellites, active hurricanes and typhoons, the real position of the Sun with a soft day–night line, glowing city lights on the night side, the Moon and the planets in a true star sky.

LIVE WEATHER • Global cloud map from weather satellites, refreshed every 30 minutes (adjustable) • Active tropical storms, hurricanes and typhoons, labelled with name, category and wind speed (NOAA National Hurricane Center and GDACS) • A 24-hour cloud history that replays the last day of weather in time-lapse modes
