Kort sagt

Acropolis Web Filter is a productivity app that reduces access to explicit and mature-content websites and can also block chosen apps and custom sites. It is aimed at people who want protection that is harder to override on impulse, using options like a waiting period or a trusted partner's PIN. It stands out for its delayed override options, which make turning protection off deliberately harder.

Om appen

Acropolis is a web filter app designed to reduce access to explicit content and make impulsive overrides difficult.

At its core, Acropolis helps filter explicit and mature-content websites while protection is active. Enhanced Web Protection adds another layer of filtering for stronger coverage, while app blocking and custom website controls let you extend protection beyond the web.

BUILT FOR STRONGER PROTECTION

• Explicit-content web filtering Reduce access to explicit and mature-content websites while protection is active.

• Enhanced Web Protection Add an additional layer of web filtering for stronger protection against explicit sites.

• App blocking Choose apps that should be unavailable while protection is active.

• Custom website blocking Block additional websites yourself, including distracting sites you want to keep out of reach.

MAKE OVERRIDES HARDER

Acropolis gives you control over what it takes to turn protection off.

With Delay, you choose a waiting period before protection can be disabled. The countdown begins only when you request access.

With Partner PIN, someone you trust holds the PIN required to disable protection. If that PIN is unavailable, Emergency Recovery provides a delayed fallback rather than an immediate way around protection.

While protection is active, app removal is restricted, helping prevent protection from being bypassed simply by uninstalling apps.
