TIME EACH BREAK Tap before removing your aligners. Choose 15, 30, or 45 minutes, 1 hour, or a custom reminder from 1 to 120 minutes. See elapsed time, remaining time, and when your reminder will sound. Switch between stopwatch and countdown views.

SEE YOUR WEAR HISTORY Review daily wear and time out on a calendar. See tray periods and estimated changes, check each day's goal, and expand the timeline when you want the details.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS ACCURATE Forgot to track a break? Edit today's or a previous day's wear total. Changes to your tray schedule preserve earlier records. Export a backup and restore it when needed.

FOLLOW YOUR TRAY PLAN Set your current tray, total trays, wear goal, and change interval. Choose an evening reminder time and see progress toward the goals in your plan. Follow the schedule your dental professional has given you.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND APPLE WATCH Use the Lock Screen Live Activity and Apple Watch controls to check time out and start or stop a break. Lock Screen widgets keep your time out close at hand. Apple Watch controls require a connection to the paired iPhone; Live Activities are subject to iOS availability and time limits.
