Kort sagt
Badminton Shadow, known as BadShadow, is a health-fitness app for solo badminton shadow training. It displays visual targets on screen to guide footwork, court positioning and movement sequences, and users can build their own exercises or follow programmed sessions at an adjustable speed. A standout feature is that a compatible Apple Watch can detect strokes during training, so no shuttlecock or partner is needed.
