Brila: Expense Tracker

Brila is an expense tracker and budget planner that keeps your spending private, on your iPhone. Log a purchase in seconds, see what’s safe to spend today and find out where your money really goes. No sign-up, no bank login, no ads.

LOG IN SECONDS • Type an amount and pick a category, or tap a preset for your usual coffee or bus fare • Just say it: “lunch 8.80 and taxi 12 yesterday” becomes two entries to check and save • Scan a receipt, a bank screenshot or a PDF statement, and review what was found before saving • Log from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, from Control Centre, or ask Siri: “Log an expense in Brila”

KNOW WHAT’S SAFE TO SPEND • One line on Home shows what’s left for today, with your budget and upcoming bills in mind • Weekly or monthly budgets with category limits, and a pace line that tells you if you’re on track • Roll unspent money into next month, split your income 50/30/20, or set yearly limits for once-a-year costs • Insights: this month vs last month, your usual month, your year so far and your top places

BILLS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS • Repeating bills with reminders before they’re due • A subscription finder that spots repeat charges in your entries and flags price rises • Free-trial reminders 2 days before a trial ends, so you can cancel in time

STAY ORGANISED • Rules sort new entries for you: anything named “taxi” goes to Transportation • Tags like #trip, filters and search • Select many entries and change or delete them at once, with Undo • Accounts and transfers, and spending in other currencies at each day’s exchange rate

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your entries stay on your iPhone: no account, no bank connection, no tracking • Face ID lock, and Hide balances for checking your money in public • Back up to iCloud Drive, export to CSV any time, import from a spreadsheet • Voice and scan are optional. When you use them, only what you choose is sent through our server to OpenAI to read it. They need an internet connection, and you check every result before it’s saved

BRILA PLUS To use Brila you need a Brila Plus subscription. It includes everything above.

Brila Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan can start with a free trial for eligible new subscribers; the trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can differ by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
