BrinkBoard

One task, two lists. Hand something off in one sentence and it lands on your list as "waiting on" and on theirs as "to do." When they move it, you see it. No chasing, no "did you get my text?"

ONE TASK, TWO LISTS • Give a task to a coworker, your partner or your kids. It shows up on their board and stays on yours. • You see when they start it, add a note, or finish it, on every device. • Tasks they give you land on your board the same way, so nothing gets lost in a text thread.

THEY DON'T EVEN NEED BRINK • Hand a task to anyone with an email address, whether or not they've joined. • "Email them" sends it from your own email, with the task and a link to join. • They reply "done" and it's checked off on your board. Anything else they write lands as a note.

JUST SAY IT • "Hey Siri, add to Brink," then talk: "Lane needs to send the quote by Friday." • Brink works out who, what and when, and asks if you skipped the due date. • Ask out loud: "What does Lane have?" Brink reads back the list. • Paste a meeting recap or an email and Brink splits it into tasks.

SEE WHAT'S ABOUT TO SLIP • Amber three days out, red on the day it's due. • Nudge someone when a task goes quiet, and their phone buzzes. • Separate Work, Family and Friends boards, so coworkers never see your family list.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads. No tracking. We never sell your data. • A task is visible only to the people on it. • Download your data or delete your account any time, right in the app.

Also on the web at brinkboard.com, with the same board on every computer.

Brink is free to start. To keep handing tasks to other people, buy a month of Brink in the app. Each month is a one-time purchase that never renews or charges again on its own.
