Compound is the simplest way to see your body change. Take one photo a day. Prop your phone up, set the 3, 5 or 10-second timer, and step into place. A ghost of yesterday's photo and a body outline help you line up in the same spot, so every shot is consistent. Check your front photo up close, retake it as often as you like, then add an optional side photo.
Every month, a new before-and-after unlocks. Drag the slider to compare Day 1 with today, front and side. Every three months you earn a trophy.
Share a split-screen image or a timelapse of your whole journey, only when you choose to.
