ContractorKit

Av Eric Humer · ProduktivitetDärför förväntar vi oss mycket av den: Clear niche value for contractors, plus a privacy-first, no-account approach, makes this a promising productivity tool.
Kort sagt
ContractorKit is a productivity app that helps independent contractors track what each job really costs, including easy-to-miss items like payroll burden, insurance, and unbilled management time. It covers per-job profit, bid-versus-actual margin reporting, and quotes and invoices with PDF export. Everything stays on the device with no account and no cloud backend, which sets it apart.

You won the bid. Did you make money?
ContractorKit helps independent contractors understand what each job actually costs and earns. Track the expenses that are easy to miss—labor, materials, subcontractors, overhead, payroll burden, insurance, equipment, and unbilled management time—without creating an account or sending business data to a server.
WHAT YOU GET
• Per-job profit tracking across labor, materials, subcontractor, and overhead • Guided overhead-rate setup that puts your true operating cost into every estimate • Bid-vs-actual margin reporting so you can see where estimates drift • Quote creation with on-device PDF export • Invoice creation with paid, partial, unpaid, and overdue status tracking • Client records and a dashboard for active jobs • User-initiated sharing of PDFs you choose to export
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account. No cloud backend. No ads. No analytics SDKs. Your jobs, clients, costs, quotes, invoices, and payment instructions stay on your device unless you choose to export and share a PDF.
ContractorKit does not process payments or access your banking information.
