Crate Roulette: Pick a Record
Inget anspråk gjortCrate Roulette keeps track of the records you own, and picks one when you can't decide
Av DAVID THOMAS WAGEMAN · Musik och ljudDärför förväntar vi oss mycket av den: A clever, privacy-first way to rediscover your vinyl collection with a clear, mood-aware pick.
Kort sagt
Crate Roulette Pick a Record starts with the name and tracks the records you own, using barcode scans or title search to fill in covers and tracklists. You answer questions about available time and the room, and the app spins to pick a record you have likely not played lately, with a reason it fits. It stores the crate on the phone with no account, ads, or tracking.

Crate Roulette keeps track of the records you own, and picks one when you can't decide.
Answer three questions: how long you've got, what the room is like, and whether to narrow the crate. The platter spins and lands on something you probably haven't played in a while, with a line on why it suits the moment.
BUILD YOUR CRATE Search by title, or scan a barcode with the camera. Crate Roulette finds the pressing, the cover and the tracklist for you, and files each record on a genre shelf.
PICK BY TIME AND MOOD Twenty minutes before dinner or a whole evening in? Name your rooms, tell each record what suits it, and the spin respects both.
KEEP TRACK See what you haven't played yet, what you've spun this week, and how your shelf breaks down.
PLAY YOUR CRATE ON COVERUP Send your collection to the CoverUp album cover game and see how well you really know your own records.
Private by design. No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your crate stays on your phone.
