Cue: Learn to DJ

Learn to DJ by actually DJing. Cue turns your iPhone into a hands-on DJ learning system. Learn one skill, use it on real deck controls, see exactly what happened, then practice the part that needs work.

LEARN ON THE DECKS Work through 48 hands-on lessons that build from your first beat to a full set by ear. Learn beatmatching, phrasing, cueing, tempo control, jog corrections, crossfader and EQ blending, transitions, loops, hot cues, harmonic mixing, track selection and set building. You don’t just read about DJing. You do it.

GUIDANCE THAT FADES AS YOU IMPROVE Cue starts by showing you what to listen for, what each control does and what to do next. As your skills grow, the help gets quieter: Guided → Hints → Minimal → By Ear Controls are introduced when they matter. By the later lessons, you’re using the full learned deck and making the decisions yourself.

SEE WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED After a lesson or set, Review focuses on real events from your performance — not generic praise. See when a track entered early, when the beats drifted, where a transition held together and what needs work next.

FIX THE THING THAT HELD YOU BACK Fix This Now turns a real weakness into focused practice. If your timing was early, your beats drifted or your transition broke down, Cue brings you back to that skill so you can correct it and try again.

PRACTICE WITH PURPOSE Drills isolate one skill. Cue Sets put several skills together in short performances. When you’re ready, Free Mix gives you the freedom to choose the music, make the decisions and use the deck with less guidance.

TRAIN WITH MUSIC BUILT FOR LEARNING Cue includes training tracks selected for lessons, drills and sets, so you can start without building a music library first. Practice across different genres and musical situations while learning to hear tempo, phrasing, energy, key and transition opportunities in context.

CREATE MUSIC YOU CAN ACTUALLY MIX Shape a track around genre, mood, BPM, key, vocals and energy. Build a mix-friendly arrangement, refine it until it feels like yours, then take it straight to the decks. Creation isn’t a separate toy inside Cue. The music you make becomes music you can DJ.

LEARN THE DECK — NOT JUST THE BUTTONS Tempo. Jog. Cue. Crossfader. EQ. Filter. Loops. Hot cues. Effects. Cue introduces the deck piece by piece, so every control has a reason before it becomes part of your workflow. The goal isn’t to memorize an interface. It’s to hear what’s happening, know what to do next and eventually do it without Cue telling you.

BUILT FOR BEGINNERS. DESIGNED TO GO FURTHER. No DJ gear, music library or previous experience is required to start. Begin with guided lessons. Build real skills. Put them together in Cue Sets. Learn from your mistakes. Then gradually remove the training wheels until you can trust your ears and your own decisions.

Make music. Mix it. Become a DJ.
