DispatchMind

DispatchMind runs your whole service business from one screen. Book the job, send the right tech, bill the customer and see every dollar, on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Made for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, appliance repair, moving, towing, pest control, pool, landscaping and delivery teams.

RUN THE DAY • Today: what came in, what got collected, what's owed and what needs you right now • Jobs: every open job with its status, color tags and one next step • Dispatch board and calendar by tech, week or month • Jobs map: every open job, colored by where it stands • Search any job, name, phone or address from one box • Back and forward on every page, or just swipe

AI DISPATCHER • Ask in plain English, or say it out loud • It looks it up across your jobs and makes the change: status, tags, notes, appointments, techs and new jobs • It checks with you first before money, cancellations or big changes • It remembers what you teach it

GET PAID • Estimates from your own price book, sorted hot to stale • One tap from estimate to invoice • Collections: every open balance, oldest first, with the next step to collect

YOUR TECHS • Each tech gets their own app with only their jobs • Notes, photos and checklists right from the driveway • Tech scorecards, commissions and settlements worked out for you

AND A LOT MORE • Your own online booking page. Every request lands as a real job • Reports, expenses and a report builder • Customer pages, equipment and inventory • Automations and reminders that run on their own • Day and night mode with big, clear text • Works without signal: opens with your last jobs • Always the newest version, nothing to update

Start a 14-day free trial right in the app. No card needed. Want to look around first? Tap "Try the live demo". Everything in the demo is made up and nothing is saved.
