EVoLabels: Food Expiry Printer

EVoLabels prints food labels for bakeries, kitchens, restaurants, cafés and food shops: customer labels with ingredients, allergens and nutrition, and internal labels for prep, opening and use-by dates. Set up a product once, then print a correct label in seconds on your label printer.

LABELS THAT FOLLOW THE RULES OF YOUR MARKET • Choose the countries you sell in: allergens, date wording, nutrition tables and required information follow each market's rules (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China, the Gulf, Latin America and more). • Allergens are found from your ingredients and highlighted on the label. • Nutrition tables in the format and units each market uses, per 100 g or per serving. • Front-of-pack warning symbols where a market requires them, such as Mexican, Chilean and Colombian seals, the Brazilian magnifier or the Canadian "High in" symbol. • Checks before you print: the app warns when a label leaves out required information or when text is smaller than the law allows. • Split information over several labels on one pack, such as a front and a back label, checked together.

ONE PRODUCT, MANY LANGUAGES • Print labels in one or several languages at once; product names and label wording are translated per language. • The languages a market requires by law are added for you.

SHELF LIFE AND KITCHEN LABELS • Expiry dates are calculated from the shelf life, including after opening or processing. • Production and opening dates, lot numbers, barcodes and QR codes. • Internal prep labels with who prepared what and when, and a journal of printed labels to track what has to be used or discarded.

TEMPLATES AND LAYOUTS • Ready-made layouts for customer and internal labels, or design your own. • Templates share settings across many products; change it once, every product follows. • An ingredient library with allergens and translations.

FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM • Invite your team, set permissions and assign workstations. • Changes to another workstation's products can be sent for approval. • Works on phones, tablets and in the browser; your data stays in sync. • Optional Google Sheets sync for your product list.

PRINTERS Connect Bluetooth and USB label printers, including popular thermal printers using ESC/POS, TSPL, ZPL, CPCL, EPL and other common command languages, on gap, black-mark or continuous labels.
