Kort sagt
EyesUp: Meeting Reminder is a Mac app that shows a full-screen alert on every connected display two minutes before a meeting, with OK, Snooze and Join options. It is aimed at people focused on deep work, people with ADHD, and anyone who loses track of time. One standout feature is that it stays quiet during calls, screen sharing and paused periods, and it reads events from calendars already on the Mac.

Late to meetings because you never see the notification? Two minutes before a meeting starts, EyesUp covers every display with an unmissable full-screen alert that only OK, Snooze or Join can dismiss. Built for deep work, ADHD and time blindness. One click to join the call. Nothing to set up: it works with the calendars already on your Mac.
A banner in the corner loses to a full-screen app, to headphones, to Do Not Disturb and to concentration. EyesUp does not compete with it. The alert is a popup the size of your screen, on every connected monitor at once, above full-screen apps and in every Space, with an alarm sound if you want one. You cannot work past it, and you cannot miss it on the display you happen not to be looking at.
THE ALERT • Up to three alerts per meeting or appointment: an optional heads-up ten minutes before, the main alert (two minutes before by default, anything from 0 to 30), and a follow-up if the meeting started without you • The event's title, a live countdown, location and notes on the alert itself • Join opens the meeting link straight from the alert. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, FaceTime, Slack, Discord, Jitsi, Whereby and some thirty other services are detected in the event's URL, location or notes • Snooze for one minute or five, or until the meeting starts • Any of the 14 macOS system sounds, or silence • Follows your calendar: move or cancel a meeting in Calendar and the alert moves with it within seconds. An alert whose moment passed while the lid was closed appears when the Mac wakes
IT KNOWS WHEN TO STAY QUIET Everything else in the app is a rule about when the screen is not taken: • During a call, automatically. A busy microphone or camera means you are already in the meeting • While you are sharing your screen, automatically • When you pause alerts for an hour or until tomorrow • Outside your work hours • For declined invitations, all-day events, calendars you turned off and meetings you skipped • When you are away from the Mac, the alert waits for you instead of firing into an empty room
FOR ADHD, TIME BLINDNESS AND HYPERFOCUS If you lose track of time when you concentrate, a quiet banner was never going to work. EyesUp interrupts once, at the moment that matters, on every screen, and then gets out of the way. There is no app to open and no clock to watch: work until the screen tells you to stop. The heads-up gives you a few minutes to wrap up, and the follow-up alert is a second chance when a meeting has started without you.
THE MENU BAR The icon shows whether the app will interrupt you. The popover shows the next meeting, today's agenda and the alerts that are waiting, with Join, Pause and a preview of the alert one click away. Optionally, the next event and its countdown sit next to the icon: "Standup in 12m". A global keyboard shortcut opens the same panel when the menu bar is out of room.
YOUR CALENDARS, YOUR RULES Works with every account already in the macOS Calendar app: iCloud, Google Calendar, Exchange, Office 365, CalDAV. Choose which calendars alert, give a calendar its own lead time, keep alerts to your work schedule, alert only for events with a meeting link, and optionally include Reminders that have a due time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, nothing to log in to. No network access at all: the app runs sandboxed without permission to connect anywhere, so your calendar never leaves your Mac. No analytics. The microphone and camera are never accessed; the app only reads the system's "in use" indicators to tell that you are on a call.
Launch at login, and forget it is there until it matters.
Requires macOS 15 or later.
