Kort sagt
FairSourcing: Trade Fair Tool is a productivity app for buyers, importers, and sourcing agents at trade shows. It scans business cards with on-device OCR, records product quotations, and exports PDF catalogs and CSV spreadsheets, all working offline. A standout feature is a Client-Safe Privacy Mode that hides factory contact details and booth numbers when sharing catalogs.

FairSourcing is the ultimate offline companion for professional buyers, importers, and sourcing agents attending trade exhibitions worldwide — including the Canton Fair, Global Sources, CES, Ambiente, and IFA.
Trade exhibition halls are notorious for cellular congestion and dead WiFi zones. FairSourcing is built with an offline-first architecture: all business card OCR, photo crops, quotations, and PDF reports run 100% on your device with zero cloud lag.
KEY FEATURES:
5-SECOND BUSINESS CARD OCR • Scan front and back business cards or WeChat / vCard QR codes. • On-device Apple Vision OCR automatically extracts company name, contact person, phone, email, position, and booth number. • Tap-to-call, email, WhatsApp, or copy WeChat ID directly from the supplier dossier.
FAST PRODUCT QUOTATION & CROPPING • Instant camera with tap-to-focus and single-tap crop and retake. • Record unit price, currency, price basis (FOB, EXW, CIF), MOQ, and lead times in seconds. • Directly scan and associate supplier cards inside the product entry screen.
HUNT BOARD (SOURCING CHECKLIST) • Set target items before walking the floor (e.g., "Find 100W GaN chargers under $8"). • Track items found vs. remaining with visual progress indicators.
EXECUTIVE PDF CATALOGS & EXPORTS • Generate professional, publication-quality A4 PDF catalogs directly from your phone. • Group items By Supplier (with booth location), By Category, or Flat (sequential #1, #2 rankings). • Client-Safe Privacy Mode: Toggle off factory contact details and booth numbers when sharing catalogs with downstream clients. • Export clean UTF-8 CSV/Excel spreadsheets with photo links for Google Sheets and Excel.
BUILT-IN MULTI-CURRENCY CONVERTER • Instant conversions across USD, RMB/CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, INR, PKR, and JPY. • Works completely offline with cached and customizable baseline rates.
100% PRIVATE & OFFLINE • Your sourcing discoveries, photos, and supplier contacts stay on your device. • Create full ZIP archive backups to iCloud Drive or AirDrop to your Mac anytime.
Walk the fair floor with confidence, organize 100+ booths effortlessly, and follow up with quotations before you even leave the hall.
