Faithform Connect

Your church connection, beyond Sunday.

FaithForm Connect brings your church community together in one place. Find a participating church, stay informed, watch services, and keep conversations going throughout the week.

STAY INFORMED See announcements, upcoming events, and updates shared by your church.

WATCH SERVICES Watch live services when your church is broadcasting, or explore the recordings and sermons it makes available.

CONNECT WITH YOUR COMMUNITY Discover church groups, participate in group conversations, and message people according to your church’s membership and messaging settings.

CHECK IN Check in for a service using your church’s QR code or check-in code. Where available, you can also enable optional automatic check-in when you arrive at your church.

GIVE TO YOUR CHURCH Access your church’s giving options and support its work. Giving is optional and does not unlock app features.

MAKE IT YOURS Manage your profile, notification preferences, and appearance. Choose whether to receive notifications about messages and church activity.

FaithForm Connect works with churches using FaithForm. Available content and features depend on your church’s settings. Some groups and member features require approval from your church.

Automatic check-in is off until you enable it and requires location permission. You can turn it off at any time.
