Kort sagt
FocusFlow, Focus & Pomodoro is a productivity timer for people who want focus sessions that never switch phases without their input. Pomodoro cycles, a stopwatch, and task tracking with statistics are included, along with an Apple Watch app that runs without the iPhone. Its standout feature is that each break or return to work requires a deliberate confirmation, with gentle reminders if it is ignored.
