Fondo - Manage Collections

Fondo is a home for the things you collect. Records, books, cameras, comics, art, or anything else you want to keep track of. Each piece gets a photo and the details that matter, and your whole library stays on your device.

Create as many collections as you need, or look across all of them at once. Browse a photo gallery or a searchable list. Sort by name, price, rating, date, and more.

For every item you can record the maker, brand, serial number, category, year, quantity, what you paid, where you bought it, and where it lives now. Rate it, add notes, and attach a photo from your library or the camera. Scan a book barcode and Fondo fills in the title, author, and other details from Open Library.

Insights shows what the collection is worth, how that value has grown, how items split across categories, and where you picked them up.

Ask your collection in plain language. What is the most valuable item, which records are missing a photo, what did you buy in Nashville. Answers come from your own inventory. The assistant runs on your device with Apple Intelligence, so your collection is not sent to a server.

Export a CSV anytime, or save a backup of every collection and photo and restore it later.
