FTIPillar is an application designed for tracking personal cash flow and reconciling actual expenses. The overview provides a consolidated view of monthly expenses, refunds, and net costs. Transaction records display principal amounts, deductions, and incoming funds side-by-side. The expense section tracks multiple deductions alongside any subsequent refunds, while the reconciliation page uses equations and variance calculations to help verify your accounts. The analysis section employs a variety of visualizations—including donut, bar, line, area, and waterfall charts—to illustrate how your expenses are incurred. The app supports both "additional payment" and "deduction-from-total" (net-of-fees) transaction models, ensuring that unexplained discrepancies are not automatically categorized as service fees. Refunds are linked to their original transactions, and you can preview the impact on your account balance before finalizing any edits. You can manage accounts and categories, switch themes, and export local backups or ledgers. All entries are manually recorded, and your data remains stored locally on your device. You can view detailed breakdowns for any amount; deductions from individual accounts are tracked separately, and the principal capital is never double-counted as an expense.
