Kort sagt
Gather: Tasks & Notes is a productivity app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that keeps projects, tasks, and meeting notes in one place. It lets users add tasks to projects or Today, and it can suggest tasks from meeting notes for review. One standout feature is that it brings Apple Reminders and Calendar events into the workspace, with task changes syncing through iCloud.

Keep your projects, tasks, and meeting notes together with Gather for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
CAPTURE THE NEXT THING Quickly add a task from your hub. Assign it to a project or add it to Today, then keep moving through your checklist.
SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION Projects with approaching deadlines appear first. Longer-term work follows, and projects without dates stay at the bottom.
TURN MEETING NOTES INTO NEXT STEPS Type meeting notes or write with Apple Pencil on iPad. On compatible devices, on-device intelligence suggests tasks for you to review. Personal notes stay out of automatic processing.
CONNECT YOUR APPLE TOOLS Bring Apple Reminders into your checklist and synchronize task changes and completion. See upcoming Calendar events and use them as context for meeting notes.
WORK ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your projects, tasks, and notes sync through your private iCloud database. Capture and view locally stored content offline, then sync when connected.
Meeting intelligence requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its models available. Keep Gather open on your compatible iPhone or awake Mac while processing. Sync requires an internet connection and iCloud. Calendar and Reminders integrations require your permission. Review generated tasks and dates for accuracy.
