Gauge: Job Fit & Prep

Av Lee Sam · ProduktivitetDärför förväntar vi oss mycket av den: A useful, well-scoped job prep tool with honest, evidence-based fit checks and a clear, practical value proposition.
Kort sagt
Gauge: Job Fit & Prep is a productivity app that checks your CV against a job posting from its link, showing a Low to Strong fit band, each requirement marked met, partly met or missing, and blockers such as location or work authorisation. After an interview it builds a briefing with company facts linked to their sources, likely questions, STAR stories and a timed 90-second pitch. It suits job seekers who want to see their gaps before applying. One notable point is that every claim is quoted from the CV, and missing experience is stated plainly.

Gauge tells you where you stand before you apply, and gets you ready once you're invited.
Add your CV once, then paste the link to any job. Gauge reads both and gives you an honest fit check:
• A clear fit band, from Low to Strong, and whether it sits near the edge of a band • Every requirement in the job description, marked met, partly met or missing • Evidence quoted word for word from your CV, so nothing is invented • Blockers such as location or work authorisation, before you spend time applying • The gaps to close, and exactly what to do about each one
Got the interview? Gauge builds your briefing:
• Company facts checked against the page they came from, with the source linked • The five questions you're most likely to face, what each one tests, and how to answer honestly • A story bank: your strongest experiences as ready-to-tell STAR stories, each linked to the questions it answers • A 90-second pitch built from your real experience, with a practice timer • Questions to ask them, and a checklist for the day before
Your verdict and the company research appear first, while the rest is written. Export any report as a PDF.
Gauge never shows a made-up score, and never claims experience your CV doesn't show. If your CV doesn't show something, Gauge says so plainly.
