Good Work Garden

A focus timer that remembers what you actually did.

Most focus apps count your minutes and then forget them. Here, every session you finish plants something in a small 3D garden you can turn in your hands — and that plant keeps the photo, the note and the date of the work that grew it. Months later you can look at your island and remember the afternoon.

DO THE WORK, KEEP THE PROOF Start a timer for the thing you're about to do. Finish it and you earn a plant. Add a photo and a line about how it went. That's the memory — not a number in a weekly total.

IT COUNTS EVEN WITHOUT A TIMER The best things you do rarely happen with a phone running. Helped a neighbour move. Called your grandmother. Fixed a friend's bike. Tap "I already did it — just log it" and it plants exactly the same. This app is here to record good work, not to police whether a stopwatch was running.

THIRTY SPECIES, EVERY ONE MADE BY HAND Milestones unlock species as you go, and the wheel grants the rest. All thirty are modelled individually — ferns, redwoods, daisies, and a few stranger things. Your island fills out in a shape nobody else's will match.

SEE EVERY DAY YOU SHOWED UP Streaks, totals, hours focused, and a map of the last twenty weeks. Not to shame you for the gaps — to show you the days you did turn up, which is usually more than you remember.

YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS No account. No sign-in. No ads. No analytics and no trackers. Your good works, your notes and your photos are written to your own device and stay there — I never see them, because there is nowhere for them to go. Export the whole garden to a single file whenever you like and take it with you.

Free, and made carefully by one person.
