HomeHQ keeps track of your home so you don't have to.

Tell it what your home has, like central air, a fireplace, a pool, septic, well water, a sump pump or solar panels, and it suggests the upkeep to match. Then keep it all in one place:

- Appliances and systems, with model and serial numbers, warranties and manuals - A maintenance schedule, from furnace filters to gutter cleaning - Warranties and insurance renewals, shown in Tasks as they come up - Repairs and upgrades, with what they cost and who did them - Circuit breakers, GFCI outlets and the exact paint colors - Photos of receipts and paperwork, kept with what they belong to - Your service providers, from plumbers to mechanics and vets, and nearby help when you need someone new - Shutoffs, utilities and insurance on one card that works offline - A map of each floor, with your shutoffs and equipment pinned - Which equipment is nearing replacement - Reminders on your phone when filters, renewals, warranties and upkeep are due, at the time you choose - A summary of your whole home, ready to share

Share it with your partner or housemates. HomeHQ is free for up to 15 items, 15 tasks and 20 document photos per home, for you and one other person.

HomeHQ Pro removes those limits and adds: - Your pets: vaccines from a list or your own, medicines, routine care, vet visits and a card for the sitter - Your cars: registration and insurance dates, mileage, oil changes and your repair shop - Your house map in 3D, with floors you can pull apart - AI that reads a document and suggests what to add (nothing is saved until you approve it) - PDFs as well as photos - Shared lists that update for everyone, and saved lists to reuse - More homes, and everyone in your household

No ads, and we never sell your data.

HomeHQ Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US, and one subscription covers everyone in your home. New subscribers get the first month free. Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free month or the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. If Pro ends, you keep everything.
