Hospodskej is the operations app for restaurants, cafés and bars. One place where the team sees what has to happen today — and where the manager sees whether it actually did.

WHAT IT DOES

Shifts and attendance A week-ahead rota, clock-in and clock-out in two taps, shift swaps with manager approval. Hours are counted for you.

Checklists Opening, closing and hygiene checklists right at the bar. Managers see who ticked what and when — no paper, no arguing.

Inventory and ordering Stock levels, consumption derived from till sales, order suggestions based on what you actually use. Stocktakes run from a phone.

Recipes and prep Procedures with photos and weights, prep broken down into concrete tasks for a concrete day. New hires train themselves.

Rewards The team collects points for work done and trades them for rewards the venue defines itself.

Morning briefing A short read on the day ahead — expected covers, what needs prepping, what was left undone yesterday.

WHO IT IS FOR

Venues currently running on paper, spreadsheets and group chats. Hospodskej does not replace your till — it connects to it and adds what the till cannot do.

SIGNING IN

This app is for staff and managers of venues that use Hospodskej. You sign in with credentials your venue gives you. Without a venue account you cannot get in.
