BEGIN IN A MOMENT Your first practice is four slow Steady breaths over 40 seconds. Then choose steady 5:5, extended exhale, box breathing, 4-7-8 or a gentle double-inhale sigh. Every included technique is free. Change the pace to something comfortable; no breath needs to be forced.

MAKE IT YOURS Draw a custom breathing shape, adjust phase timings and save a favourite. Choose visual, sound and touch cues independently, use Lids Down to dim the screen while the app stays open, or turn on reduced motion. Share a shape card through the native share sheet. Shape codes let another person recreate the timing without receiving your practice history.

A PRACTICE THAT WAITS FOR YOU 28 Fives is a free count-up programme of five-minute sessions. There are no broken streaks or catch-up penalties. Keep a local practice history, choose optional before-and-after self-ratings, or hide the numbers. Optional reminders fit your own schedule. Export and import your data when you choose.

ON IPHONE AND IPAD On a supported iPhone, hold the phone with the app open to feel the pace. With tones enabled, audio can continue when the phone is locked; locked-phone haptic pacing is not promised. With tones off, leaving the app pauses the session. The Live Activity shows time remaining, not breath phases. On iPad, use the drawn shape and tones.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE, YOURS The breathing practice works offline. There is no publisher account or server collecting your sessions, no advertising SDK and no analytics. Purchases and Restore use the App Store. Sharing and exports leave the app only when you choose where to send them.
