ITD Driver

ITD Driver is the delivery app for drivers working with restaurants and takeaways that run ITD Cater. When your shop assigns an order to you on the till, it appears on your phone straight away, with everything you need to get it to the customer.

Built for the doorstep: big text, one large button for the next step, and every delivery finished in a few taps. One hand, no training.

YOUR DELIVERIES • New orders arrive with a notification as soon as the shop assigns them • Each order shows its number, postcode, due time and the amount to collect • See whether the food is still cooking or ready to pick up • Late orders are clearly marked

GET THERE • Open the address in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze with one tap • Call the customer straight from the order • Delivery notes, drop-off preference and items at a glance

UPDATE AS YOU GO • Collected, On my way, Delivered: the button always shows the next step • Couldn't deliver? Pick the reason with one tap • Scan receipt QR codes to collect several orders at once • Photo proof of delivery and age checks for restricted items, when your shop turns them on

TAKE PAYMENT AT THE DOOR • Record cash, card or split payments, with change worked out for you • Take card payments through your shop's payment provider, where set up • Your shop sees what you collected, so cashing up is quick • The Today screen shows your deliveries and the cash to hand in

WORKS WITH PATCHY SIGNAL • Every action is saved on your phone and sent as soon as you are back online • Nothing is lost in a dead zone; a small banner shows what is still waiting to send

YOUR PRIVACY • Your shop sees your location only while you are out on a delivery run • Location sharing stops when the run ends and is never collected while you are idle • Customer details are removed from your phone once each delivery is finished
