Keepla – Documents & Deadlines

Keepla keeps your documents in mind for you.

Bills, insurance policies, warranties, vehicle tax, sports medical certificates, driving licence, ID card, passport, installment plans: scan or import them and Keepla reads the due date, amount, holder and subject on its own. It reminds you before they expire and remembers where you kept the original.

SCAN, IMPORT OR SHARE • Built-in scanner with automatic perspective correction • Import PDFs and images from Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox • Share from Mail, WhatsApp or Drive with "Share → Keepla" • Pick the document type yourself or let automatic recognition decide

FIELDS FILL THEMSELVES IN • Due dates read with each document's own rules: licence field 4b, insurance coverage period, utility bill payment term • Installment plans: amounts for every payer read straight from the table; pick the rows that concern you • Tap a line of text to put it into a field: Keepla learns and does it by itself next time • Dedicated readers for Italian documents such as the F24 tax form and vehicle tax notices

EVERY DEADLINE AT A GLANCE • List with icon filters by status and type • Monthly calendar with a dot for every deadline • Reminders before every due date, as many days ahead as you like • "Renew" to replace expired policies and documents

ALWAYS FIND THE ORIGINAL • Saved places: description, photo of the drawer or folder, GPS location • For a similar document Keepla suggests the same place

PRIVACY FIRST • No account, no ads, no tracking • Documents, photos and text stay on your iPhone • Text recognition and Apple Intelligence run on device • Backups in a file you save wherever you like

Available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German.
