KinectMax

KinectMax is the simple way to run a service business from your phone. Start free in the app, bring your crew, and go from customer to quote to job to invoice without touching a computer.

For owners: - Home shows today's jobs, who's on the clock, what's past due and what's owed - Create jobs, quotes and invoices on the spot - Add your team, pick what each person can do, and see their hours - Plan the day's route with real drive times - Track expenses, fixed costs and job profit - Get alerts when a job runs late, a checklist item is skipped, or a clock is left running

For technicians: - Your schedule with weather for each job - On my way, start and complete jobs in a tap - Job timers and a time clock with breaks and drive time - Checklists, before and after photos, and customer sign-off - Works offline and syncs when you're back in signal

Free to start: 14 days of everything, then a free plan with 5 quotes and 5 invoices a month. Paid plans with unlimited quotes, invoices and more are available at kinectmax.com. Same login as kinectmax.com.
