Kort sagt
Lasting Voices is a productivity app that collects what a company's staff know, such as customer habits, equipment quirks and supplier contacts, and files each capture under the related customer, process, machine or person. Staff can ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn only from what colleagues recorded, with sources shown. A standout feature is the pre-departure interview, which lets a successor see what has and has not been handed over.

Everything your company knows, in one place you can ask.
Most of what keeps a business running was never written down. It is in the heads of the people who do the work: which customer pays late, why the compressor trips, who to call when the supplier misses a delivery. Lasting Voices keeps it, and lets the rest of the company ask.
ADD WHAT YOU KNOW Talk, type a note, take a photo or answer a short interview. Every capture is filed under the customers, processes, machines and people it is about.
ASK YOUR COMPANY Ask a question in plain words. The answer comes only from what your people said and wrote, with the source under every answer. When the knowledge is not there, it says so instead of guessing.
WHEN SOMEBODY LEAVES Interview them before they go. The person taking over gets their answers in their own voice, and you can see what has been handed over and what has not.
ON THE JOB Scan a printed label on a machine or a site to see everything your company knows about it, and add to it on the spot.
PRIVATE TO YOUR COMPANY Each company is its own environment. Nobody outside it can see it, and inside it each person sees what their role allows.
Lasting Voices is for companies that already have an account. Sign in with the email your company invited.
