Latchmark: Fire Door Reports

Latchmark is the offline fire door inspection app for door inspectors, hardware distributors, locksmiths and hospital facilities teams. List every opening once, inspect door by door, and hand the owner a signed report with every deficiency before you leave the building.

EVERY DOOR, EVERY ITEM • The annual swinging-door items of NFPA 80, in plain words: 13 items, or 11 for the 2007 and 2010 editions • Mark each item Pass, Deficient or N/A. Nothing counts as a pass until you mark it • One tap marks the remaining items as passed • Smoke doors get the NFPA 105 seal check; egress doors get the NFPA 101 egress checks

CLEARANCES, MEASURED • Enter the gap at the head, hinge edge, latch edge or meeting edges, and under the door • Pick the fraction off your feeler gauge: 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 3/4 and more • Hollow metal and wood doors are checked against the clearance limits as you measure • A gap out of limits marks the door deficient, with the reading in the note

BUILT FOR BIG BUILDINGS • Door register with opening numbers, locations, ratings, door and frame materials • Scan a QR tag or jump to the next door in your walk order • See every door's status at a glance: passed, failed, not inspected • Re-inspect only the doors that failed, once they are repaired

SIGNED PDF REPORTS AND CSV • The record details NFPA 80 asks for: facility, date, inspector, company and signature • Deficiency register, door table with clearances, and a door-by-door grid of every item • Your company name, logo and certification number • Export the door list as CSV for spreadsheets and work orders

BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works fully offline, deep inside the building. No account, no sign-in • Door data stays on your device. No cloud, no tracking, no ads • Export all data to one file to keep a copy or move to a new phone
