Kort sagt
Luca Regnskap is a productivity app that scans receipts with the camera, straightens them, and sends them, along with uploaded photos and PDFs, to a company's accounting inbox. It is for people who already keep their accounts in Luca, since companies are set up and bookkeeping is done in the browser. One standout feature is support for several companies, with switching between them in a single tap.
Sammanfattning från Debuts, baserad på appsidan i App Store.Om appen
With the Luca app you send receipts and invoices straight to your accounting inbox, so they're ready when you do your bookkeeping.
SCAN WITH THE CAMERA Hold the camera over a receipt, and the app finds its edges and straightens the image. A document with several pages becomes one PDF.
UPLOAD PHOTOS AND PDFS Pick a photo from your library, or a PDF or image from Files, such as an invoice you got by email.
KEEP YOUR INBOX IN ORDER See the documents waiting in your inbox, open them full size and delete the ones you don't need. You can also copy your inbox's email address and forward receipts to it.
ALL YOUR COMPANIES If you have access to several companies, switch between them in a tap, so each receipt ends up in the right books.
LOG IN THE WAY YOU'RE USED TO Log in with Apple, Google or email and password, with the same account you use in the browser.
The app is for people who keep their accounts in Luca. Companies are set up, and the bookkeeping is done, in the browser.
