You practice with sample codes; Memory never asks for your real PINs. • The Major System: turn every number from 00 to 99 into a word, then use your Major System peg words to memorize phone numbers and longer numbers.

HOW THE LESSONS WORK • Bite-sized lessons: learn a hook, test it, then use it in a realistic scene. • Smart review with spaced repetition brings each hook back before it fades. Reviews never cost hearts. • Real-life missions help you use a technique outside the app, like recalling a new colleague's name. • People I Met: save the people you meet with their name hook and review their names later. • A missed day never erases what you've learned, and streak freezes protect your streak.
