Pocket Archive: Paper Filing

Pocket Archive connects your paper documents to their real filing locations.

Start with both a folder file and a notebook file. Each folder pocket holds up to five documents of the same type. Notebook pockets hold one document on each side. Multiple pages stay together as one document. Filing locations are suggested automatically; change the preferred file style in Settings.

Scan a document with the camera or add it from Photos. Review its title and notes, then assign a binder and numbered pocket. Once you put the original away, mark it as filed.

• Browse binders and documents in a three-dimensional archive • Search titles, recognized text and issuers • Filter by type, binder and year • Find where the original is stored • Share documents as PDFs • Export a copy of your data for safekeeping

Documents are processed and stored on your device. Text recognition varies by document and language; review and correct the results.

The free plan includes two binders and 40 pockets in total. Pro is a one-time purchase that lets you add more binders, with up to 200 pockets per binder. No automatic renewal.
