Kort sagt
Route Log is a productivity app for independent pool service operators on iPhone and iPad. It runs the day's route, records each visit with readings, treatments, and photos, and generates customer-ready PDF service reports. The standout feature is that it works offline with no account required, and records stay on the device.

PoolDocket helps independent pool service pros run today's route, record every stop, and send customer-ready proof of service on iPhone and iPad.
No account. Nothing to sync. It keeps working with no signal, and your records stay on your device.
RUN TODAY’S ROUTE • See recurring stops and completion progress at a glance • Reorder the day and open each customer’s service history • Keep working with local, offline-first records
CAPTURE THE VISIT • Record readings, treatments, work performed, issues, costs, and photos • Dictate an editable draft, then review and confirm every detail • Support multiple pools, spas, fountains, or cold plunges at one property
SEND CLEAR PROOF • Generate customer-ready PDF service reports • Include selected photos and per-water-body details • Share through the iOS share sheet without a proprietary customer account
SEE THE BUSINESS • Track operator-entered service revenue and chemical costs • Review estimated gross margin by account • Keep repair opportunities visible for follow-up
BUILT FOR SOLO OPERATORS No employee surveillance, route tracking, chemistry dosing advice, invoicing, or forced cloud account. A privacy-safe widget, Siri Shortcut, and read-only Apple Watch companion help you check route progress without exposing customer details.
The free plan supports the complete workflow for up to five active real pools, including unlimited visits, history, photos, reports, CSV/JSON export, and backup/restore. Free PDFs include a small “Prepared with PoolDocket” credit.
PoolDocket Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited active pools, white-label PDF branding, reusable work templates, schedule duplication, advanced insights, and bulk report export. Existing records and completed reports remain accessible if Pro ends. Prices and any eligible introductory offer are shown by the App Store before purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
