Proactive Parent: Baby Tracker

Proactive Parent is a baby tracker and pregnancy app in one: it shows you what this week holds, reminds you on the day, and lets you log feeds, sleep and diapers in a single tap — or just by saying it. From pregnancy to age five, this week is already there when you open it.

PREGNANCY WEEK BY WEEK • What this week of pregnancy holds, from week 4 to week 41 • Prenatal appointments and scans on one timeline for care in the UK — what's coming and what's done • Kick counter and contraction timer, plus your own weight and blood pressure • Your pregnancy records belong to you, and are shared only if you choose

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND YOUR WRIST • Widgets show each baby's last feed and sleep on your Home Screen and Lock Screen • A running feed or sleep timer stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • The Apple Watch app logs a feed, a sleep or a diaper with a tap, with complications for the last feed and sleep

GROWTH CHART Weight, length and head circumference on a growth chart with the WHO growth standards' percentile lines, at your baby's corrected age if they were born early.

YOUR BABY'S WEEKS AND MONTHS A card for every week and month to age five. Born early? The app shows corrected age beside real age.

REMINDERS ON THE DAY A gentle reminder on the morning something is due, after your quiet hours. The lock screen never says what it's about.

MEET DAPHNE, YOUR VOICE ASSISTANT Tap the button in the middle and say what happened: "she fed on the left at three" or "dirty diaper just now". Daphne logs it — no typing at 3am — and answers questions like "when did she last feed?". Or type to her. She never gives medical advice.

SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY Invite a partner, a grandparent or a nanny to one shared baby log; every record says who added it. Twins and triplets: log for one baby or all at once.

GUIDANCE YOU CAN TRUST Where an official source exists, cards are copied word for word and linked: the NHS website in the UK, the Office on Women's Health in the US. Guidance never comes from another country's.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, and we never sell your data. Start without an account; save to one with Sign in with Apple or Google when ready. Records are encrypted on your phone, logging works offline, and you can download or delete everything.

PROACTIVE PLUS (OPTIONAL) The app is free to use. Proactive Plus adds 300 voice minutes a month for the whole family (instead of 10 each), sleep education for your baby's age, and when the next nap is likely. One subscription covers up to 4 people. Choose monthly or yearly; new subscribers start with a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
