PTuner: Instrument Tuner

PTuner — tune every instrument with one app.

Whether you just picked up a guitar or play every day, tuning comes first. PTuner turns every pluck, bow and strum into clear, steady, trustworthy visual feedback.

[Single-note tuning — one note, dead on] Play a string and see the note name, frequency and cents deviation in real time. A needle-style meter with a green in-tune zone shows sharp or flat at a glance, so you no longer have to guess by ear.

[Polyphonic tuning — the whole instrument at once] PTuner detects several strings at the same time and shows each string's deviation independently. Sweep all six strings and check the entire instrument in one pass.

[54 instruments, East and West] Guitar, bass, ukulele, violin, cello, erhu, guzheng, pipa, ruan, guqin, dombra, sitar and more — from Western strings to Chinese traditional instruments and world instruments. 54 instruments and 134 tunings built in.

[Custom tunings — find your sweet spot] Every instrument resonates differently. Set any number of strings, any pitch and any cents offset, then fine-tune each string until chords ring at their best. Create, edit and save your own tuning, ready the next time you open the app.

[Chord recognition — hear what you play] Recognize the chord you are playing in real time, with its name and component notes. An extra ear for practice, writing and learning songs by ear.
