After a meeting, record a quick voice note about who you met, what you discussed and what you agreed to do. Rapport helps turn it into people, facts, follow-ups and tags, ready for you to review.

RECORD, REVIEW, REMEMBER Speak naturally. Rapport transcribes your note on your iPhone, then uses on-device Apple Intelligence to suggest the details. Check the people, matches and follow-ups before saving anything to their records. You can also fill in details by hand.

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Keep meeting notes, companies, roles and useful facts together on each person's page. Review suggested updates when details change, and keep a history of earlier information.

KEEP FOLLOW-UPS IN SIGHT Turn promises into follow-ups, with suggested due dates for phrases such as "by Friday". See overdue items, mark tasks done and keep track of what you and the other person agreed to do. Review the date before saving; business-day calculations exclude public-holiday adjustments.

FIND THE DETAIL YOU REMEMBER Search names, companies, facts, meeting summaries and transcripts. Filter by event, place, company or interest, and explore connections through shared tags.

YOUR NOTES, ON YOUR IPHONE Audio transcription and AI extraction run on your iPhone. No Rapport account, ads, tracking or analytics. Saved people and meetings use your own iCloud for sync. Audio recordings stay on the iPhone that recorded them; complete each new note's first review there.

Location and calendar access are optional. With permission, Rapport can suggest the place and calendar event for a recording. Apple Maps processes coordinates to return a place name.

Export saved records and suggestions waiting for review as a JSON file. (importing or restoring exports isn't supported yet)

REQUIREMENTS An iPhone running iOS 27 or later. English voice notes. AI suggestions require Apple Intelligence to be enabled on a supported iPhone and the on-device model to be available. If AI is unavailable, you can enter details manually.
